Orders that are not to your satisfaction can be returned to us by post if the package weighs under 31,5 kilograms.
You have a return that weighs more than 31,5 kilograms in total?
Get in touch with your personal contact in the sales office.
Making returns
Fill out the returns receipt in full, place it in your return and send the goods to us.
Please keep in mind:
- The delivery date must not be longer than 30 days ago.
- The goods must be in a new, saleable condition.
- The goods must be in the undamaged, original packaging.
- The original packaging must not be used as shipping packaging.
- The goods may not be labelled or engraved.
- All the accessories must be included.
- Documents such as certificates and operating instructions, must be included.
- Special items must be requested in advance.
- In the event of an incorrect order, we will charge a 10% restocking fee, but at least EUR 20.
