The virtual test bench
Try out products while still in the planning phase
The trend towards digitalisation in production and in terms of Industry 4.0 is making further progress. The digital twin is becoming more and more essential to increase the efficiency of machining in production and to optimise workflows. The digital twin provides a virtual image of a real machining tool and represents its properties in all digital processes. Placing machining processes into the virtual world makes it possible to simulate a wide range of processes in real-time and design them to be significantly more efficient. The foundation for the implementation of digital processes is high-quality CAD data, to which all the product's properties, functions and process parameters are mapped. The CAD data for the digital twin of our machining products can be found in our online shop directly on the article page and is available for free download.
