Reporting of Information Security Incidents by External Parties
Information security is a central concern for HAHN+KOLB. Therefore, we also want to encourage our external partners – such as service providers, suppliers, customers, and visitors – to actively report any irregularities or specific incidents that might affect the information security of our company.
The early detection and handling of security-relevant incidents significantly contribute to minimizing risks and protecting our IT and business processes. Every report helps us to strengthen security sustainably.
Please send your report of an incident or suspicious observations directly and confidentially to the following email address:

Please provide a brief description of the incident, the affected system, the approximate time, and your contact details for possible follow-up questions.
All information will be treated confidentially. Our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), together with the security team, carefully reviews every report and will contact you if necessary.
