EDI – The electronic data interchange
As a HAHN+KOLB customer, not only do you have the chance to place orders in our online shop or transmit the product data there to your ERP system via OCI/PunchOut, but you can also exchange all your electronic data directly with our systems via EDI.
This significantly simplifies procurement processes, reduces your administrative workload and helps you save time and costs.
All you need is a suitable resource planning (ERP) system.
EDI
Using the entirely automated, paper-free Electronic Data Interchange, or EDI for short, your ERP (resource planning) system or e-procurement platform can be directly connected to our resource planning system. This replaces and automates your traditional communication methods, such as phone, fax or emails, offering vast effects and benefits with regard to your daily work processes in Purchasing and Administration.
This electronic exchange of order confirmations, orders, credit notes, delivery notes and invoices reduces manual effort and thus too manual input errors. In short: You save time and money.
