Our Code of Compliance sets out our basic principles and behaviours.
Mutual trust is important to us and we insist on straightforwardness and honesty. We require proper, correct behaviour and adhere to national and international laws, regulations and internal guidelines. Our collaboration is underpinned by courtesy, tolerance and helpfulness.
Fair behaviour is crucial for the success of the company. In drawing up the Code of Compliance, we have committed ourselves act with integrity in relation to each other and also with our customers and other business partners.

Studies show that information from third parties often leads to the exposure of fraudulent activities. We have therefore set up a system that enables information about serious compliance violations to be passed to us. We use the internet-based BKMS system (Business Keeper Monitoring system).
If you want to use this system to give us information, you can quote your name or act anonymously. However, as we are looking for open communication, we would like to encourage you to give your name along with the information. We will always keep your information strictly confidential and consider the legitimate interests of all parties.
Please create a mailbox in the BKMS system that we can use to contact you. This is important if questions arise or you want to add further information to your message at a later stage. Communication via the mailbox can also be anonymous if required.
The system is used exclusively to draw attention to suspected fraudulent acts or defined, serious compliance violations in the HAHN+KOLB group. Misuse for other purposes may constitute a criminal offence.
