Once the interface has been set up, you can easily access our online shop from your ERP system, add the desired articles to your basket and transmit these incredibly easily to your system or platform with just a click via OCI/PunchOut.
The filled shopping basket arrives in your system in real time, is saved there and can then run through your internal approval processes before final submission as an order to HAHN+KOLB via EDI. This significantly simplifies your procurement processes, reduces your administrative workload and helps you save time and costs.
All you need is a suitable resource planning (ERP) system or e-procurement platform.
The difference between OCI and PunchOut
OCI and PunchOut are the two most common standard interfaces for transferring data from the online shop to an external ERP system or to an e-procurement platform. Both variants offer similar functionalities.
