Rockwell hardness testers and accessories

The Rockwell hardness tester QNESS 150 CS ECO convinces above all by high-quality components, a user-friendly software with many functions, as well as the electronic load application with closed control loop.

In addition to Rockwell hardness tests according to DIN EN ISO 6508 and ASTM E-18, it can also perform plastics tests according to DIN EN ISO 2039.

The proven concept with fixed test head and up-/down-moving spindle has been the standard for Rockwell hardness testers for many decades and is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized test pieces in almost all working environments.

MAXIMUM PRECISION

The high-precision position measuring system from HEIDENHAIN lies exactly in the axis of the specimen. This eliminates measurement uncertainties, e.g. due to bending in the system. The penetration depth can thus be measured directly/absolutely and can even be calibrated easily according to the latest Rockwell standards.

COMFORTABLE START BUTTON

In addition to the start button on the touch display, an uncomplicated and quick start of the hardness test is also possible with the start button on the front of the machine. This is very convenient, especially when wearing gloves.


DETACHABLE DOWNHOLDER

Long set-up times for testing stations that are difficult to access are a thing of the past. The downholder can be removed with only 2 screws. This makes it easy to reach even test points close to interfering contours.

DIGITAL DATA OUTPUT

Test results can be output to data carriers with all the relevant information via the USB interface on the side. Ideally suited for e.g. the integration of test results into individually designed test reports in Microsoft EXCEL format.

The 7" color display with capacitive touch technology reacts particularly quickly and sensitively. The new Qpix TE software guarantees easy operation with large buttons and intuitive, modern software interface.
