For the simple and quick design of your individual OPT-I-STORE products using the software, we offer you various options for capturing the contours - not only for tools. With the scan pad, the light panel, the light case or the contour scanner, you configure your own individual hard foam insert yourself - very easily, quickly and without complications. Our competent HAHN+KOLB employees will be happy to support you.
The individual OPT-I-STORE solutions are available in different materials. In addition to the classic variant made of LD 45 rigid foam, variants made of PE 1000 plastic, cork or wood are also available.
LD 45 hard foam - also available in ESD version
Plastazote® LD45 is a closed cell polyethylene foam with a density of 45kg/m². Thickness: 20, 30, 60, 90 mm, other thicknesses upon request | Size: Up to 1000 x 1500 mm Colors: Blue, gray, green, red, white, yellow, orange (with 2 mm black top coat) Advantages: Lightweight, durable, oil resistant, water repellent Usage: For protection and storage of sensitive products everywhere where organization and overview are important
PE 1000 plastic - also available in ESD version
Inserts made of PE plastic are used in the food/pharmaceutical industry and in areas with high oil pollution. Thickness: 30mm | Size: Up to 1000 x 1000 mm Colors: Blue, gray, green, red, white, yellow (with 5 mm black top coat) Advantages: Robust, rigid, easy to clean Usage: Clean rooms and wherever there is a special requirement for rigidity
Cork - from bark of cork oak tree
The cork press boards are produced CO2-neutral in Europe. For this purpose, the trees are peeled every nine years. The material can be formed into any shape, is light, dense and resistant to chemical reactions. Thickness: 30mm | Size: 900 x 600 mm Advantages: Environmentally friendly + renewable material, rigid, very high quality, lightweight, durable, impervious to liquids. Usage: Ideally suited for showrooms, presentation purposes or also for use in workshops
Wood - FunderMax, multiplex or solid beech
In the OPT-I-STORE Designer, individual worktops with recesses can also be planned. Thickness: 6 mm (FunderMax), 40 mm (Beech solid or multiplex) Advantages: Very simple design of individual countertops Usage: Ideally suited for showrooms, presentation purposes or also in workshops
