REMA ST 2/125 steel grinding and lapping machine

Application

For rough and fine grinding of lathe chisels and reversible tips.

Execution

• protective cover
• clamping flange for diamond discs or, alternatively, for ceramic discs with 125 mm diameter
• Support table ATS (ST1 = 1 table, ST2 = 2 tables)
• spring table ATS: can be adjusted axially and locked into position, infinitely variable adjustment of the table tilt with threaded spindle from -5 to +15 degrees, with scale and clamping lever. This table also features a locking lever, which prevents lateral movement. The table therefore becomes rigid if required, such as during radius grinding. The milled T-groove is used to guide an angle stop, which can be supplied as an optional accessory. This groove enables the required angle of the tool to the sanding disc to be easily maintained during the grinding process.

Notes

The grinding motor comes with a reversing switch for clockwise/anti-clockwise rotation.
