Application
TOOLCOOL X7000 is a universal, mineral-oil-containing, water-miscible cooling lubricant, free from boron and formaldehyde. The high-quality emulsifier system, ultra-modern technology and excellent lubricating components enable a wide range of applications. Suitable for light- to heavy-duty machining.
Area of application:
Suitable for drilling, turning and milling cast iron, steel, aluminium, titanium and difficult-to-cut steels. Can also be used for non-ferrous heavy metals.

- Fulfils the requirements of TRGS 611
- Fulfils the provisions of Biocidal Products Directive 98/8 EC
- Emulsion water hazard class (German): WGK1
- pH value at 5% concentration: 9.6–9.8
- Refractometer value: 1
- Concentration for general chipping: 5-8%
- Concentration for high-alloy materials: 8-10%
- Concentration for grinding: 5-6 %
