Application
The built-in temperature sensor with flattened tip can be used for measurements in liquids and paste-like media as well as for measurements in air. The acid-resistant stainless steel sleeve can also be used for measurements in the food sector.
Notes
The response time t99 (time until the sensor displays 99% of the temperature jump) of this sensor of 20 seconds refers to measurements in moving water at +60 °C. This response time is extended if, for example, measurements are performed in stationary liquid, paste-like media or in air. For air temperature measurements, the response time is 40 to 60 times higher than the specified value measured in water.
