For standard hardness testing in line with Brinell DIN EN ISO 6506 or Rockwell DIN EN ISO 6508, including test point preparation. For large components, such as rings, wheels, rails, open-die forged parts, engine blocks, cast parts etc. requiring large test areas. Furthermore, Qradial is a concept for customer-specific special solutions and goes much further than hardness testing. Equipment systems can be designed and optimised for various processes such as test point preparation, handling devices, spectral analyses, loading and unloading, workpiece recognition and positioning or marking and documentation.
