Application
SWISSFORMING 3101 is a very low-viscosity, non-water-miscible forming lubricant based on hydrocarbons with a low aromatic content. The lubricant is self-evaporating, low-odour, and forms a thin lubricating film. SWISSFORMING 3101 therefore has a very high yield and is suitable for forming sheet steel up to approx. 2 mm thick.

SWISSFORMING 3101 is ideal for forming and punching sheet steel up to approx. 2 mm thick.
Application:
SWISSFORMING 3101 leaves behind a very thin, oily film, and in most cases degreasing is not necessary. If subsequent cleaning is required, the oily film can be removed using a neutral or alkali cleaner. It can be applied by spraying, dipping or with a brush.
