Application
SWISSCOOL UX 440 is a mineral oil-containing, water-miscible cutting fluid free from boron and formaldehyde. The additives used provide outstanding wettability and optimal cooling and lubricating.
Area of application:
Material: steel, alloyed steel and cast alloys
Machining: milling, turning, drilling and grinding
Execution
- Mineral oil content 30 %
- pH value at 5 % concentration: 8.7-9.5
- Refractometer value: 1.3
- Concentration for general machining: 8-10 %
- Concentration for grinding: 5-6 %
