Application
For clamping workpieces on NC machines.
Execution
- Body made of GJS 600 spheroidal graphite iron.
- Hardened and polished guideway.
- Optionally available with stepped jaws for the largest clamping ranges 0-345 mm (at a surcharge).
- Clamping repeatability with identical clamping force: 0.01 mm.
- Pneumatic version ref. no. 225.
- Clamping force 40 kN (at max. 6.5 bar compressed air), 5 kN (at min. 1 bar compressed air).
- Longitudinal and transverse alignment on machine table via 20 H7 grooves and sliding blocks no. 26196.
- Force is built up by introducing compressed air into the single-acting pneumatic pistons.
