Application
System scale with East-Touch software package for inventory tasks. Digital weighing and counting of articles. Memory space for saving article weights, tare weights of containers/packaging and other functions.
Execution
- Memory space for saving articles from the ERP system with article number, tare weight and unit weight
- Inventory organisation by dividing the articles into teams or groups
- Complete containers/packages can be weighed directly if the tare weight is known.
- Articles can be accessed directly using barcodes and barcode scanners (not included in the scope of delivery)
- Integrated KERN Universal Port (KUP): For connecting external KUP interface adapters, such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth(R), Wi-Fi or Ethernet. (Adapter not included in scope of delivery.) This means that interfaces can easily be retrofitted without the need to open the scale housing and without complicated installation
- KERN Communication Protocol (KCP): The KCP allows the scales to be queried and controlled remotely using external control units or computers
- CKE counting scales with laboratory accuracy
- Accurate counting: automatic reference optimisation gradually improves the average part weight
