Execution
- Alloyed case-hardening steel with a core tensile strength of at least 950 N/mm²
- Case-hardened, HRC 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50)
- Hardness depth 0.8 mm ±0.2 mm
- black-oxide and precision-ground finish
- With internal coolant supply or with threaded connection for external coolant supply
- High precision and concentricity of ≤ 0.03 mm. Secure clamping of the tool due to mechanical increase in clamping force
- No automatic release of the clamping during machining with anti-clockwise or clockwise rotation. Clamping and releasing via hex key
