Application
Mechanical zero-point clamping system with latching function for clamping with optimised setup time for chipless machining. Ideal for clamping small devices, e.g. during installation.
Execution
- Mechanical opening.
- Hardened housing and piston.
- Repeat accuracy less than 0.1 mm.
Notes
The mechanical zero-point clamping system is opened manually by pressing the actuator button and then remains locked in this position. It is locked mechanically by spring force when the actuator button is pressed again. No tools are required for this process. The clamping module is screwed into the base plate, which serves as the contact surface. A longer actuating pin with a length of 20 mm is available under order no. 561391. A corresponding installation tool is available under order no. 559439. * Please follow the installation instructions.
