AMF 6204IHA installation clamping module with indexing

Application

Zero-point clamping system for clamping with optimised setup time for machining and chipless machining. The clamping module with indexing prevents the plate from twisting and enables precise positioning at 90° increments.

Execution

• Hydraulic opening.
• Pneumatic blow-out.
• Operating pressure for opening: min. 50 bar to max. 60 bar.
• Hardened cover and piston.
• Repeat accuracy less than 0.005 mm.

Notes

The KH10.2 installation clamping module with four-point indexing is opened using 5 bar pneumatic input pressure supplied by air-hydraulic pump order no. 426569. The clamping module has high retention, pull-in and locking forces. It is opened hydraulically (1) and locked mechanically by spring force. The pressure lines can then be disconnected as desired (module is clamped pressure-free). The clamping module with blow-out and support control has two connections: 1x hydraulic opening (1), 1x pneumatic blow-out and support control (3).
