Our 3M (TM) Hookit (TM) quick change system provides excellent backing support and allows for exceptionally easy disc changes and optimized lifetime, while the film backing material ensures a perfect surface finish. The Purple aluminum oxide disc is available in various sizes and grits. The open coating leaves more space between the abrasive grains, allowing abrasive particles to collect in the gaps instead of clogging the cutting edge of the grains. The dust-repellent coating enables the disc to sand softwoods, lacquers and other materials for longer, which would otherwise clog the disc and impair its sanding ability. +K7
