The 913E double-sided splicing tape is our lightweight adhesive tape with a blue, high-tack, water-dispersible adhesive on both sides. It combines fast adhesion with excellent heat resistance. 3M (TM) Repulpable Splicing Tape 913 is suitable for flying roll changes and for splicing and fixing the start of the roll in newspaper printing. The blue, double-sided tape has a repulpable, easily removable paper backing. It adheres quickly and has excellent heat resistance up to 204 °C as well as good adhesion at cold temperatures. Its repulpable adhesive prevents contamination of the roll material with non-repulpable splicing material.
