The 3M (TM) Durable Floor Marking Tape 971 consists of a heavy duty vinyl backing with rubber adhesive. The durable, long-lasting backing can withstand the stress of pallets and heavy forklift traffic and can be removed without leaving any residue. This adhesive tape is designed for reliable floor marking, but can still be removed from the floor in one piece without leaving any residue even after several years. A hard-wearing adhesive tape for the toughest conditions The 3M (TM) Durable Floor Marking Tape 971 has been specially developed for areas that are subject to heavy wear and tear. The strong color of the backing material retains its signaling power even after heavy abrasion, e.g. due to scuffing caused by moving pallets and heavy equipment. The hard-wearing backing material is flat and does not roll up, so the edges do not curl up and affect the service life of the floor marking tape. The rubber adhesive ensures strong adhesion to floors, but can still be removed in one piece without leaving any residue, even after a long service life. This tape has no protective paper and can be easily applied with the 3M (TM) Floor Marking Applicator M-1 or by hand. This floor marking tape is ideal for 5S lean manufacturing initiatives and is available in a variety of colors and widths up to 610 mm.
