Internal brush IBU Ø25x25 mm shaft-Ø3.8 mm steel wire-Ø0.12. For light cleaning and deburring work on threaded holes or recesses, e.g. keyways. Steel wire is the most common filament material. Brushes with steel wire fill material are particularly suitable for surface finishing and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile and bending fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire and a long service life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C.
