Aluminium oxide flap disc F Ø 60x5 mm shaft Ø 6 mm A60 for fine sanding and finishing. With flap sanders, the abrasive flaps are arranged on a backing in a radial fan shape around the axis of the tool. Their flexibility allows them to adapt perfectly to the contours of the workpiece. The abrasive grain is embedded in a synthetic resin bond on the tension-resistant, flexible cloth backing. Flap wheels are listed in ISO 3919 under the designation "flap wheels". For universal use from coarse to fine sanding.
