Carbide burr EDGE ALU taper KSK 45° ECS Ø 16x03 mm shank Ø 6 mm edge processing aluminum. Carbide burrs with EDGE teeth have been specially developed for defined edge processing. The special design allows the burr to be guided precisely along edges without damaging the workpiece. Precise edge shapes can be created in just one work step. Among other things, edge rounding is required as a safety measure for corrosion protection in accordance with: ISO 129443, ISO 85013, SOLAS XII/6.3 (Ref. T4/3.01 MSC.1/Circ.1198) . Taper countersunk burr for creating precisely defined chamfers. Suitable for chamfering defined 45° chamfer angles. The EDGE Cutting System consists of burrs with EDGE teeth and a special guide sleeve. The system can be used on any commercially available drive to achieve optimum guidance during light deburring work. The chamfer width produced with the EDGE Cutting System (ECS) is 1.2 mm (+/- 0.2 mm).
