Application

The ultrasonic cleaning devices in the Elmasonic Select model series with heating system are designed as single-frequency devices. They are used primarily in the metalworking industry for gentle but intensive cleaning of parts made from a wide variety of materials, such as steel, light metal, non-ferrous base metal, plastic and glass. The temperature-controlled heating system helps dissolve dirt thereby improving cleaning times and cleaning results. Ideal for removing grease, oils, chips, flux, paint and adhesive residues, oxide layers such as rust or verdigris, soot, scale, carbonisation and soldering residues, dust etc.
