Application
For NC machines, machining centres, tool manufacture, mould making, fixture construction and series production.
Execution
- Spindle made of high-strength special steel.
- Basic body, fixed jaw, movable jaws made of case-hardening steel, hardened on all sides.
- Hardened and ground guideways.
- Transverse grooves and fastening thread on top of the fixed and movable jaw, for mounting interchangeable stepped jaws and grip inserts.
- It is also possible to use pull-down quick-change jaws.
- Lateral thread for workpiece stop.
- Rhomboid T-sliding blocks and interchangeable slides can be used for multiple clamping - installation without tools.
- Bed length up to 1200 mm and hydraulic actuation available on request.
- Side mounting holes for bed length 470 mm
Advantage
- The pre-selected clamping forces enable a workpiece positioning repeat accuracy of ≤ 0.01 mm.
- The clamping force can be pre-selected by the number of spindle rotations.
- Spindle mechanically locking for purely mechanical clamping.
- Quick pre-setting using the rigging pin.
- 20H7 longitudinal and transverse grooves as standard for quick positioning.
Delivery
1x MH-S high-pressure clamp; including reversible screw-in jaws (1 side grooved longitudinally and transversely, 1 side smooth) and hand crank (two pieces).
