Application
The housing of the FKS 04 S is filled with coolant. Compressed air forces the coolant into the tower, where it flows around the tool to be cooled in a ring shape.
This prevents any change to the concentricity of the tool. This is in contrast to rinsing the tool, as this would cause the concentricity to significantly deteriorate due to warping.
Execution
- The solution for contour-independent, fast cooling, cleaning and preservation.
- Closed circuit cooling system.
- Automatically controlled via the start button, the cooling and drying cycle runs automatically in approx. 40 seconds. Easily save custom workflows.
