Application
For holding shell end mills and single angle milling cutters with longitudinal groove in accordance with DIN 842.
Execution
- Alloyed case-hardening steel, core tensile strength at least 950 N/mm².
- Case-hardened HRc 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50), hardening depth 0.8 mm ± 0.2 mm.
- Taper angle tolerance quality < AT3 in accordance with DIN 7187 and DIN 2080.
- All functional surfaces machined.
- Max. concentricity < 0.005 mm.
- With Balluff chip hole.
- Internal cooling only for A-dimension 160 mm and 200 mm.
Notes
The previous standard DIN 69871 was superseded by ISO 12164.
Delivery
1x combination shell end mill arbour HSK63 or HSK100 (ISO 12164); incl. retaining screw, key and drive ring.
