Application

The use of the micro ventilator supplies the cooling lubricant with oxygen. Tramp oils and the smallest floating components are accelerated to the surface as a consequence of floating, defined air bubbles. Due to the flotation, circulation is generated in the cooling lubricant, meaning that all of the cooling lubricant is maintained. As a result, the impurities are moved in the direction of the Rapid belt skimmer. The Rapid conveyor belt picks up the tramp oil. This means that it is immediately possible to see the force with which the tramp oil adheres to the belt and is transported directly to the Rubi collection container via the double scraper. The Rubi features an overflow protection and a movable retaining bracket. The retaining bracket means that the Rubi can be easily removed from the console to dispose of the discharged contaminants. When disposing of cooling lubricant, legal regulations must be observed.
