The Scotch-Brite (TM) Radial Bristle Disc SS-ZB consists of sharp plastic abrasive particles distributed on flexible, spring-like bristles to conform to the substrate with a sharp cutting and flexible action. Our discs are designed to remove light silicones and adhesives without damaging the underlying base material. With the Scotch-Brite (TM) SR radial bristle disc, you can remove thin, unwanted coatings without removing the underlying coatings. Our bristle discs are a good alternative to composites and hand scrapers, as the user has to use less force and time for processing. No aggressive chemicals and special ventilation or cleaning equipment are required. When the SR radial bristle disc is used at the recommended operating speed, thin sealants, silicones and adhesives can be removed from most surfaces. Unlike similar disc products, the bristle discs have no sharp edges. This allows the bristles to be compressed and shaped to fit curves and cavities without damaging scores and grooves on the workpiece.
