3M (TM) Embossed Tinned Copper EMI Shielding Tape 1345 is an EMI shielding tape with an acrylic adhesive. This flame retardant tape is designed for applications that require superior electrical conductivity from the substrate through the adhesive to the backing material. It is supplied on a peelable protective film for easy application and die-cutting. The tape is suitable for dry applications at a rated voltage of 600V. The 3M (TM) Embossed EMC Copper Shielding Tape 1345 is a tin-coated copper foil with a non-conductive acrylic adhesive. The tin provides excellent solderability and is compatible with a variety of base materials such as galvanized steels, aluminum, lead and tin alloys. Its excellent corrosion resistance and very good stampability significantly extend the range of applications for the shielding tape. With an electrical resistance of one milliohm, the 0.102 millimeter thick copper foil has outstanding conductivity and can also be used for earthing and discharging electrostatic charges in addition to EMC applications. The adhesive tape is flame-retardant in accordance with UL 510 and its non-conductive acrylate adhesive is resistant to solvents, which ensures long-lasting functionality.
