The cutting edge of the indexable insert for the WMT axial recessing system is positioned +0.75 mm above the centre. The WMT axial recessing system is not designed to machine diameters below 12.6 mm. Clamp holders receiving indexable inserts with a width of 3 mm, have an integrated clamping element. Clamp holders receiving indexable inserts with widths from 5 mm to 6 mm, have a removable clamping element.
