Application
These robust, low-wear and low-maintenance pumps with operational vacuum of up to 50 mbar do not need any additional liquid separators.
Execution
- When the pump is switched ON, the water within the pump is pumped into a ring shape by the high-speed impeller (see Fig. left) and serves to seal the non-contact impeller.
- An upstream washable polyester filter as well as a patented condenser clean the intake air before it enters the pump. The separated coolant is fed into the service fluid circuit of the pump; a valve permits the removal and recirculation of excess liquid to the machine tool during operation. Air cooling protects the assembly against overheating.

1x liquid-ring vacuum pump, 3 m vacuum hose, 1x 3/2-way hand lever valve, 1x vacuum meter.
