Application
The pyrometer coil also enables automatic and direct temperature control of the shrink-fit chuck during the heating process. This prevents the shrink-fit chuck from burning up. The safe and fast shrinking process does not require any prior identification of the shrink-fit chuck.
Execution
- For shrinking carbide shanks of dia. 3-32 mm and HSS steel shanks of dia. 6-32 mm.
- Shrink length approx. 500 mm.
- Manual shrinking using one button or automated shrinking based on parameters.
- Worn or broken cutting tools can be ejected using an integrated removal device.
- Precise length adjustment possible via an additional retrofit device.
