Application
Shears in a sturdy, welded construction. The cutter bar is guided according to the swing cut principle. It is driven by two hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic unit within the closed frame construction.
Execution
- stable, torsion-resistant and vibration-free welded steel construction
- high alloy upper and lower blades with multi cutter edges (special knife for soft materials, VA and spring steel)
- single cam hold-down clamp
- 10x Siemens program memory S7 for stop depths and quantity
- Elgo setting and display unit with user friendly programming
- 750 or 1000-mm precision back stop integrated in the program
- low-noise Bucher/Rexroth hydraulics
- central adjustment of cutting gap (with link motion control also motorised)
- light profile safety guard (either with light barrier or limit switch) and illuminated cutting edges with steel wire (optional with laser)
