Application

Can be used in combination with external force and/or torque recorders for a wide range of testing tasks. The main areas of application for these handheld force testers are in quality assurance, incoming goods inspection, production, research and development.

Execution

  • Robust aluminium housing with ergonomic grip recesses
  • Modern, colour touchscreen display 128x128 pixels, 7 digit + comma
  • Data logger/measured value recording via built-in 2 GB memory, used via USB 3.0
  • Exported data output to ASCII/CSV
  • Adjustable measuring frequencies from 50 Hz to 2000 Hz
  • with encoder (measuring channel extension) for connecting to a path measurement system (test stands) or for additional use of an external force or torque recorder

Notes

TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet) enables "plug and measure". The display unit allows in the sensor identification data, which is stored in the form of an electronic data sheet in the TEDS chip. This facilitates the use of external force and/or torque recorders significantly.
