Application
Minimise setup times with the mechanical ATORN Easy Point zero-point clamping system. Quick and easy changeover of clamping devices, whether manual or automated.
Execution
- This safety lock, specifically developed for the Easy Point, secures clamping equipment and workpieces mechanically and reliably on the machine table. Overloading does not cause the safety lock to open.
- A low crash risk minimises the risk of injury, prevents damage to the workpiece, tool and machine and ensures precise work results.
- Repeat accuracy < 0.005 mm.

- Tilting is minimised, system is both user-friendly and highly accurate.
- A hole in the exact centre of the system enables the centre point to be established quickly and precisely.
- A clamping force of up to 50 tonnes can be achieved with just 60 Nm.
