The digital twin provides a virtual image of a real machining tool and represents its properties in all digital processes. Placing machining processes into the virtual world makes it possible to simulate a wide range of processes in real-time and design them to be significantly more efficient. The foundation for the implementation of digital processes is high-quality CAD data, to which all the product's properties, functions and process parameters are mapped.
