- Proven sheet steel housing
- Short hand lever with rubber handle for safe operation of the device
- With standard chain release for quick attachment of the load or passage of the load chain in both directions
- Zinc-plated or additionally yellow chromated round steel chain in accordance with all valid national and international regulations
- Swivel-mounted, forged hooks made of age-resistant heat-treated steel, with safety brackets

Devices can be equipped with an adjustable overload protection device in the form of a friction clutch, responding to 25% (±15%) overload. Yale hoists are not intended for lifting people and must not be used for this purpose.
