Application
SWISSCUT ORTHO S is a cutting oil based on mineral oils with low aromatic content. They contain anti-ageing and corrosion protection agents as well as EP additives. This increases mechanical resilience and cutting capacity during machining. SWISSCUT ORTHO S is light in colour with low evaporation and mild odour and, even in unfavourable working conditions, does not foam or produce excessive oil mist. SWISSCUT ORTHO S is free from chlorine and heavy metals.
Application:
Material: cast iron, steel, alloyed steels, aluminium and non-ferrous base metals
Machining: turning, milling, drilling, grinding, tooth flank grinding, gear toothing processes and hobbing
