- Alloyed case-hardening steel, core tensile strength at least 950 N/mm²
- Case-hardened HRc 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50), hardness depth 0.8 mm ± 0.2 mm
- Taper angle tolerance quality < AT3 in accordance with DIN 7187 and DIN 2080
- Max. concentricity < 0.005 mm
- With ring groove and plastic edge protection ring on the pull stud
- Functional surfaces precision-ground, all other surfaces black-oxide
- With Balluff chip hole

Notes
The steep taper in accordance with DIN 2080 is used for conventional milling machines with manual tool changes and for drills. The tension is applied via the ring groove pin with internal clamping thread.
